You may make a reservation up to two years in advance. To secure a booking we need full information at time of booking. This will debited from your Debit/Credit card two weeks prior to your arrival date. If you wish to pay the balance before you arrive, please let us know. If your payment card is declined you will be informed and you will have 24 hours to rectify the issue before we release your room out to let. The person making the booking is responsible for all costs involved in the reservation.

You have up until 14 days before you arrive to cancel your booking free of charge. For any cancellations made 13 days or fewer from arrival, no refund will be given, but we will try to re-book you into a different date, subject to availability. Guests leaving earlier than stated in their original booking will not be entitled to a partial refund unless agreed with the management team. If your booking needs to be cancelled due to government restrictions on stays during the CoVid pandemic, then you will be entitled to a full refund.

Should you have booked a room and fail to arrive without any notification we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the booking to your credit /debit card.

Check in is from 14.00. You are asked to inform the hotel of your arrival time before if possible. If you will arrive after 20.00, then please let the hotel know in advance. Checkout on the day of departure is up until 11.00. Rooms still occupied after 12.00 will incur a further night’s charge to credit / debit card used for booking. Luggage may be left if you are staying in Blackpool for the day but this must be agreed with the management team beforehand.

Rooms are checked prior to check-in and we ask you to check your rooms and report anything that is missing or damaged during your stay as we will charge you the full cost of replacing or repairing any hotel property you lose or damage. We will check your room upon departure and any unreported damage or missing items will be charged to the lead guest (minimum charge £50.00).

All rooms are non-smoking. If you are found to have been smoking in any room, or there is any evidence of smoking, then your payment card will automatically be charged £50.00 to cover the cost of a deep clean.

In the event that you lose your keys, or your keys are not left, a charge of £50.00 will automatically be debited to your credit/debit card to cover the cost of replacement keys and/or a locksmith.

PLEASE NOTE: In the unfortunate event that you soil the bed a charge of £50.00 will automatically be debited to your credit/debit card to cover the cost of replacement pillows, quilt and the separate washing of the bedding. Excess cleaning of your room will invoke a minimum charge of £50.00.

Designated quiet hours in the communal areas are 2300 - 0700. We expect that guests will treat other guests with respect, both in person and by minimising noise made during their rooms during these hours.

Discrimination of any kind is not tolerated in the hotel, and anybody found to be actively discriminating against any other person will be asked to leave the property. Disturbances during the night will be dealt with at the hotel owner's discretion. If this is not resolved then you may be asked to leave the property. In this instance you will not be entitled to any refund.

In the event that the emergency services need to be contacted, you will not be entitled to any refund of your booking.

The owners of the hotel reserve the right to remove anybody from the property that they deem to be disruptive or in breach of any policies laid out in this page.

There is a fully licensed bar on the premises. Please note that alcoholic drinks purchased from the bar are not allowed to be taken outside, but must be consumed within the bar area or your room. There is a strict Challenge-25 policy in place, and anybody found to be buying alcoholic drinks for minors will be asked to leave the property, and the police may be notified. We are not obligated under these circumstances to provide a partial refund for your stay.

Residents may bring one guest into the bar, but please note any additional guests may not stay overnight. If you are found to have brought additional guests into the hotel, you will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning of sheets etc.

The lead guest is solely responsible for the booking, cancellation, alteration of any booking made for the group. Any member of the group causing a nuisance or disturbance after 23.00 will be asked to leave and police may be called if required as part of Blackpool Council’s Licensing Objectives.
