FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT ARE THE CHECK IN/OUT TIMES?
Our latest check-in time is 2100. Check-in after this time is subject to prior arrangement directly with the hotel and is payable on arrival. Check-out is until 1100. Any late check out must be arranged directly with the hotel the day before. This will be payable upon arrangement and is available until 1300. We cannot accommodate any times later than this.
CAN WE MAKE A FAMILY BOOKING?
Please note we are currently unable to accommodate family bookings (adults & children). Any bookings made for adults and children must book two separate rooms and we will accommodate you as close together as we can, but please note this is subject to availability.
CAN I BRING MY PET WITH ME?
We currently have one room that is pet-friendly. This is available for a nominal fee, and we must be notified in advance.
WHAT IF I HAVE SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
Any special dietary requirements must be made known to the hotel prior to arrival so that we can accommodate them.
DO YOU HAVE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS?
Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer wheelchair access to the hotel and we do not have any ground floor rooms.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY BOOKING?
Please note that if you choose to cancel your booking within five days of your arrival date, we are unable to offer a refund. Cancellation within five to fourteen days of your arrival will incur a £5 administration fee.
DO I NEED TO PAY FOR PARKING?
Parking is not included in your room rate. There is on-street parking available outside the hotel and in several local car parks, but this is subject to availability. Please note that we cannot reserve any parking spaces.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR LOST KEYS?
Lost keys will incur a charge of £10 per key to cover the cost of getting new sets made. Room keys must be returned to a member of staff in the bar area upon check out.
